How to prolong youth?
Faced with this phenomenon, many scientists have tried to research methods to prolong youth. One of these directions is to supplement hormones for women when there is a decline in hormones in the pre-menopause and post-menopause stages. However, hormones are also a double-edged sword, on the one hand they can bring youthfulness but on the other hand they can cause sometimes dangerous side effects.
Therefore, to keep sexual problems from fading away early and to have a fulfilling middle-aged life, women of this age need to have an active lifestyle.
In addition, women need to get rid of the stereotype that middle age does not require sex to keep the soul young. Wrong attitudes about sex cause women to encounter more obstacles than the biological changes caused by estrogen deficiency.
When there are signs of vaginal dryness, causing difficulty in sexual intercourse, do not hesitate to end sex but use supportive measures such as lubricants containing estrogen in gel form (like liquid cream) or capsule form for each intercourse, to reduce dryness and atrophy of the vaginal mucosa.
In middle age, couples need more care and opportunities to arouse sexual feelings than when they were younger. Sexual relations should be maintained at a level that is appropriate for both people.
It is important to be honest about your feelings and sexual needs because prolonged psychological repression is not only harmful to sexual problems but also has a negative impact on your overall health. At this age, taking care of your health becomes even more important.
A positive lifestyle includes a balanced diet (lots of vegetables and fruits, less meat), daily exercise, and moderate physical activity. A stress-free life is one of the effective remedies for prolonging youth.
