Recently, tens of thousands of car owners were denied vehicle inspection because they had not paid the fine, many of whom only found out when they brought their cars for inspection. |
Recently, while the Traffic Police in many localities, including Hanoi, have not been able to support vehicle owners in checking the status of their vehicles' late fines, the Department of Registration has continuously taken steps to support vehicle owners in checking early to avoid the situation of lacking information and then being "shocked" when their registration is refused.
This not only helps car owners proactively handle violations that for some reason they are not notified of, but also allows many used car buyers to know the condition of the car in advance.
