(Baonghean.vn) - From May 24 to 28, officers and soldiers of Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) went to the communes of Thanh Huong, Thanh Son and Ngoc Lam, Thanh Chuong district to help people harvest rice.

During the 5 days, the unit’s officers and soldiers helped policy families and single-parent families in the area harvest their crops. The soldiers directly harvested, threshed and transported rice from the fields to their homes.
This is one of the activities of officers and soldiers of Ngoc Lam Border Post in the program of joining hands to build new rural areas, contributing to strengthening the solidarity and close relationship with local people, further enhancing the fine tradition of "Uncle Ho's Army".
