Nghe An Department of Home Affairs officials went to mountainous communes to promptly resolve policies and regimes for laid-off officials.
A working group from the Nghe An Department of Home Affairs went directly to communes that suffered heavy damage after storm No. 3 to assess records of policies for non-professional commune-level workers who quit their jobs after implementing a two-level local government.
Storm No. 3 and its circulation caused widespread flooding in communes in the western region of Nghe An; currently, the communes are focusing on overcoming the consequences of the floods.

At the proposal of the Department of Organization and Non-Governmental Organizations, the Department of Government Construction and Youth Affairs, Nghe An Department of Home Affairs established a Working Group under Decision No. 6434/QD-SNV dated August 8, 2025 on the establishment of a Working Group to support mountainous communes affected by storm No. 3, in order to promptly resolve policies for staff who have left their jobs after implementing the 2-level local government.

Accordingly, the working group will go directly to the communes that were severely damaged after storm No. 3 to appraise the dossiers to resolve the regime for non-professional commune-level workers who quit their jobs after implementing the 2-level local government, according to Decree No. 154/2025/ND-CP of the Government, to help civil servants in remote mountainous communes not have to go directly to the Department of Home Affairs to submit their dossiers.
At the same time, the working group will directly support and provide professional guidance to local officials and civil servants.

On the morning of August 11, the delegation directly assessed the documents for communes of Ky Son district (old) in Muong Xen commune; on August 12, the delegation will work in communes of Tuong Duong district (old); then will work in communes of Con Cuong district (old).
According to the plan, the Delegation will directly support the communes from August 11 to September 12.
