Recently, Dam Vinh Hung caused a "shock" when he shared on his personal page his intention to tear down his house and rebuild it because he was "bored". The male singer wrote: "I have never wanted to have free time. Why do I feel so happy and joyful when I have a free day recently, I like to lie down and sleep. What's going on? I really want to tear down my house and rebuild it all. I'm bored. Who told you to be born in the year of the Monkey?"

Dam Vinh Hung's status immediately attracted public attention. Even many Vietnamese stars such as Ho Ngoc Ha and Le Quyen left comments advising their senior to reconsider.

The villa that Dam Vinh Hung wants to demolish and rebuild is located in Bac Hai residential area, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. He bought this villa about 10 years ago and demolished and rebuilt it because he did not like the old design of the house. "Everyone said I was crazy because the house was new, demolishing it would be a waste, but I determined that my house could not follow someone else's design" - Dam Vinh Hung said.

It is known that Dam Vinh Hung had to spend 2 years to build and redecorate the villa. According to the singer, all the furniture was collected by him while touring abroad or bought domestically but all are high-end brands.

Every year, Dam Vinh Hung gives his house a new look by changing the curtains, sofa fabric... Dam Vinh Hung once declared: "If anyone criticizes any part of my house, I will destroy it."

A large room on the second floor is reserved by Dam Vinh Hung to store his music awards and unique stage costumes. The male singer shared that every time he enters this "artistic" room, he wants to write his autobiography.
