Need to resolutely reclaim projects that have not been implemented for many years
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 15, delegates of the Provincial People's Council: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism; Nguyen Thi Dung - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo town continued to have a meeting with voters of Nghi Hoa ward (Cua Lo town).

After listening to Provincial People's Council delegate Nguyen Manh Cuong report on the expected content and agenda of the 8th session of the Provincial People's Council, voters of Nghi Hoa ward reflected many recommendations and proposals.
Voter Tran Van Cong proposed that the province and the town should promote steps to implement the Cua Hoi entertainment project after consulting and gaining consensus from the people; at the same time, pay attention to prioritizing the planning of residential roads to serve the travel of Nghi Hoa people to the sea for production and tourists to swim.

Voter Tran Van Cong also proposed to speed up the progress of site clearance for business booths in Cua Hoi area, to avoid the situation of households leaving and households staying to do business.
Also related to investment projects, voters recommended that the province and town need to be more drastic in reclaiming projects that have not been implemented for many years, including the Elderly Care Center project, to attract potential investors or change the purpose of use, avoiding wasting land resources.

Voter Le Ngoc Tuynh proposed that Cua Lo town pay attention to arranging suitable resettlement areas for 12 households that were granted land use rights through auction, but are now included in the construction planning of road and canal No. 3.
Some voters also recommended that authorities pay attention to supporting the budget to upgrade and renovate the infrastructure system to match the standards of a coastal tourist city; and pay attention to supporting orphans.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son thanked the voters for their sincere and responsible opinions and promised that with the responsibility of an elected representative, he would accept them and at the same time, be responsible for recommending relevant levels and sectors to pay attention to resolving them in order to respond to voters.

Directly explaining the voters' opinions requesting to withdraw the Elderly Care Center project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son affirmed that he will propose to the Provincial People's Committee to resolve it.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested Cua Lo town and Nghi Hoa ward to focus on resolving voters' petitions related to the road leading to the residential area of 20 households in Hai Bang 2 block, which is currently facing difficulties.
Affirming that voters' recommendations related to social policies are completely legitimate, while the budget is limited, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son also hopes that voters and people will share and promise to continue to record and recommend to all levels and sectors for research and consideration.
