Warning and dismissal of Mr. Pham Sy Quy from the position of department director

Yen Bai province decided to discipline and remove Mr. Pham Sy Quy from the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 2681/KL-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate, today, the Standing Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee has issued Party disciplinary decisions and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued administrative disciplinary decisions against officials as follows:

Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Pham Sy Quy was disciplined with a Party warning and removed from the positions of Party Secretary and member of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

In terms of government, Mr. Quy was disciplined with a warning, removed from the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and transferred to work at the Provincial People's Council Office as Deputy Office.

Chairman of Yen Bai City People's Committee Tran Xuan Thuy was reprimanded by the Party and government.

Vice Chairman of the City Nguyen Yen Hien received disciplinary reprimand from the Party and government.
