After 5 days of following these two guys, this morningOn May 11, two reconnaissance teams followed a pickup truck with a license plate from Nghe An province on the Hanoi - Lao Cai highway.At 4:00 p.m. the same day, when the car was moving towards Nam Pan village, Muong Khuong district, the provincial police leaders issued instructions to tighten the siege and organize control.
Authorities discovered 329 packages of white powder wrapped in multiple layers of plastic hidden in the gas tank, rear mirror cover and both sides of the car.
