Traffic police save woman who fell into ditch

The incident occurred at 9:00 a.m. on April 8 in Hamlet 7, Nam Giang Commune, Nam Dan District.
At that time, police team 1.46 - Nghe An Traffic Police Department was on duty on National Highway 46 when they saw a woman riding a bicycle on the road suddenly fall into a ditch, unable to stand up, so they ran to help.

Lieutenant Vo Anh Hao - one of the four soldiers of the working group said: When the brothers ran to the scene, they saw an electric bicycle in the ditch, and a woman lying in the ditch, her limbs stiff, her head submerged in water and unable to move. In an emergency, several brothers immediately jumped into the ditch to carry the woman up. After first aid, the woman regained consciousness.
Some people who witnessed the incident said that this woman named My, residing in Nam Giang commune, was an epileptic. Immediately after that, her relatives took her to the commune health station for examination.

Ms. Hoang Thi Tu Uyen (30 years old), residing in Con Cuong district, shared: "At that time, I was driving on National Highway 46. When I saw the incident, I immediately stopped my car but before I could call for help, I saw the traffic police officers who discovered it in time, otherwise the woman in the accident could have drowned."
