Martyr Do Duc Viet - Senior Lieutenant of the People's Police, Officer of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Team, Cau Giay District Police, Hanoi City Police, Ministry of Public Security. Native place: Tao Duong Van commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city. Date of death: August 1, 2022.

3. Martyr Nguyen Dinh Phuc - People's Police Corporal, conscript of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Team, Cau Giay District Police, Hanoi City Police, Ministry of Public Security. Native place: Ky Long commune, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province. Date of death: August 1, 2022.

Previously, on August 2, 2022, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc signed a Decision to posthumously award the First Class Military Exploit Order to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dang Anh Quan, Senior Lieutenant Do Duc Viet and Corporal Nguyen Dinh Phuc for their outstanding achievements in combat and combat service, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
