At the Nghe An province bridge, Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the meeting. Leaders and experts from some departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; leaders and experts in charge of political theory at the district level, affiliated party committees, and deputy directors and full-time lecturers of district-level political centers participated.

The conference listened to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong - former General Secretary of the Central Theoretical Council, providing training materials and lectures to foster awareness of the Party for Party subjects.

Many theoretical viewpoints and orientations of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress were emphasized to be conveyed to the Party; analyze and clarify the contents of "The foundation, potential, position and international prestige of our country today"; about the national value system, cultural value system, human value system, family value system.

Along with that are the results of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the results of implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII); breakthroughs in the Party's fight against corruption in recent times; and the rights and responsibilities of Party members.

During the teaching process, based on existing documents and data, lecturers are required to update current data, facts, and events that are convincing and attractive to listeners.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong also made some additions on promoting the strength of great national unity; promoting socialist democracy according to the policy of "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit" in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress.

On building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam; on the strategy, goals and plans for the country's socio-economic development in the 5-year period.

Within the framework of the training conference program, trainees were also disseminated training topics and documents on Party work training for Party cell secretaries and Party committee members at the grassroots level.
