Twins injured while riding motorbike from Saigon to Nghe An

On the night of November 4, Mr. Tran Thuong Hoan - Chairman of Trung Thanh Commune People's Committee (Yen Thanh District, Nghe An) said that he had received information from twoTwinsNguyen Duy Truong and Nguyen Duy Quang (born 2002), residing in Ve Gia hamlet, Trung Thanh commune, had an accident in Quang Tri.

After receiving the information, Mr. Hoan informed the relatives of the two children.

On the night of November 4, when reaching km 739, National Highway 1A (new) - Hien Luong Bridge bypass (in Trung Son commune, Gio Linh district, Quang Tri), Quang and his brother's motorbike collided with another motorbike. The strong impact caused Truong to die on the spot, Quang sitting behind was seriously injured.

After the accident, passersby and people in Quang Tri took pictures of the accident scene, the motorbike's license plate and Truong's ID card to contact the local authorities to find his relatives.

Speaking by phone, a traffic police officer present at the scene of the accident said: “The accident was caused by two motorbikes colliding. We have information from the victim’s family. Truong’s father and uncle have contacted us and said they are taking a bus to Quang Tri. The injured person is being treated at Gio Linh District General Hospital.”

The cause of the accident is being further investigated by Gio Linh District Police and Quang Tri Provincial Police.

The leader of Trung Thanh Commune People's Committee added that Quang and Truong's mother had left a long time ago, and the three father and sons raised each other. Recently, the three father and sons left their hometown to go to the South to work and earn a living.
