Many Serie A players found to be infected with Corona virus

Sampdoria club confirmed that Omar Colley, Albin Ekdal, Antonio La Gumina and Morten Thorsby have tested positive for coronavirus.

Previously, Manolo Gabbiadini was the first case of coronavirus infection at Sampdoria. Currently, the Italian team has closed all activities. Players, coaches, directors and staff are all quarantined at home. President Massimo Ferrero and coach Claudio Ranieri called on all members of the club to strictly follow and respect the instructions of the authorities in preventing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Premier League postponed

The Premier League has been suspended until April 4; Serie A and La Liga have also been postponed. The Champions League and Europa League have postponed four matches (possibly more, or even suspended), and the Covid-19 pandemic is disrupting many important European tournaments.

First Asian professional footballer infected with Corona virus

Asian football recently discovered the first case of a professional player testing positive for the Corona virus.

Suk Hyun-jun, who only joined Troyes from Ligue 1 club Remis in the winter transfer window, is considered the first professional player in South Korea and in Asia to test positive for the coronavirus.

Saigon FC coach suddenly resigns

Feeling disrespected by the Saigon Football Club's Board of Directors, Coach Hoang Van Phuc resigned right before the team left for Da Nang to compete in the second round of the V-League.

Vietnam and Bahrain simultaneously announced the postponement of the Formula 1 race.

Less than a month before the first F12 race in Vietnam takes place, the International Automobile Federation (FIA), Formula One World Championship Ltd - the copyright owner of Formula 1 (F1), Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Motorsports Association (VMA) and Vietnam Grand Prix Company (VGPC) have unanimously decided to postpone the race due to concerns about the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic.
