The Ro suspension ferry bridge across the Con River from Nghia Binh commune to Nghia Dong commune, Tan Ky district was invested in and built by the Department of Transport and put into use in 2006. However, due to the wooden bridge deck, horizontal and vertical beams, the bridge is currently damaged and termite-infested. It has been repaired, renovated and maintained many times but has not yet met the travel needs of the people.

To ensure long-term and safe traffic for people, the Provincial People's Committee has repaired and replaced the entire bridge deck with anti-slip steel with a total investment of 1.5 billion VND.

Currently, Tan Ky District People's Committee is directing the District Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with functional departments and offices under the District People's Committee to prepare documents and organize construction in April 2019.
