Bridge pier broken, road to Nam Giai commune blocked

(Baonghean.vn) – After heavy rains and floods from October 9 to 11, 2017, the bridge over Nam Giai River in Que Phong district had 2/3 of its abutments eroded, the embankment and road collapsed, causing traffic congestion and motor vehicles unable to pass.
