Hamstring injury, Morata out for 6 weeks
Bad news for Chelsea fans as striker Alvaro Morata could be out for six weeks with a hamstring injury.

In the 0-1 defeat to Man City on September 30, Morata only played for half an hour before having to leave the field to make way for Willian. Contrary to the initial diagnosis, the former Real striker's injury is quite serious. Accordingly, the Spanish Football Federation confirmed that Morata suffered a grade 2 hamstring injury, and will likely be away from the field for about 6 weeks.
This is really bad news for Chelsea, because Morata is the team's number 1 striker. At the moment, coach Antonio Conte only has one backup option, striker Michy Batshuayi, but the Belgian's inconsistent performance is unlikely to meet the requirements.
With such injury, Morata will be absent from the two clashes with Roma in the Champions League, as well as the matches against Crystal Palace, Watford, Everton and Bournemouth in the 2017/18 Premier League.
Morata is currently Chelsea's main striker this season with 7 goals and 2 assists in all competitions. Without Morata, The Blues will face many difficulties in defending the Premier League title.
