2 year old child died from drowning in pond in front of house

At the time, Tran V. D was at home with his mother and grandparents; seeing a pond in front of the house, D went out to play and unfortunately fell in.
A while later, the family went to look for the child and discovered that the child had drowned in the pond in front of their house. Although the family tried their best to save him, due to the late discovery, D had already died.
Upon receiving the news, local authorities and neighbors came to encourage and offer condolences to the victim's family.
