Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police, directed Fire Prevention and Rescue Team No. 1 to mobilize 3 fire trucks with more than 20 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene.

At the time of the fire, there were many industrial gas cylinders inside the kitchen; the fire brigade arrived promptly, deployed a firefighting team and moved the gas cylinders to a safe place; preventing the fire from spreading and becoming larger.
The fire did not cause any human casualties and did not affect the hotel's guest room area.
