Referring to the waste in the use of land resources in the town, voter Tran Minh Thuc (Hai Giang I block) suggested that the province and the town need to take more drastic measures in inspecting and recovering current "suspended" projects; the construction of some projects is affecting the coastal protection corridor, so relevant agencies need to inspect and handle violations according to regulations.
Voter Truong Nhu Cuong (Hai Binh block) reflected that the youth volunteer and frontline labor regime is being implemented slowly. Voter Truong Xuan Tinh (Hai Trieu block) said that the regime for those undertaking tasks in the block is still low, so it does not really create motivation to attract capable people to undertake tasks in the block and hamlet.
In addition to the above issues, voters also requested that all levels pay attention to improving the quality of medical services, ensuring the best interests of health insurance participants, especially the quality of medical examination and treatment, and reforming administrative procedures. Environmental sanitation in some areas is not guaranteed; Cua Lo town needs to pay attention and take measures to ensure traffic safety for children studying at general schools in the ward that are currently located on traffic routes. The poor quality of electricity for daily life has not been improved.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son accepted the opinions of voters and hoped to continue receiving more opinions and feedback from voters, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of State management in all areas of social life; contributing to better performing the role of elected bodies.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also directly explained a number of issues of concern to voters. Regarding the policy on Youth Volunteers and slow frontline workers, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son said that this is also a common reflection of many voters in many localities. The Provincial People's Council would like to accept it and will continue to urge all levels and sectors to promptly resolve the policies for people with meritorious services. Regarding the policy for non-professional workers at the hamlet level, this is a matter of concern that the Party and State are paying attention to and studying to make improvements in the coming time.
