Horrific fight on the street, 5 people hospitalized

A group of young men used machetes and knives to attack the opposing group, injuring five young men.

Three of the five young men were injured in the melee.

According to the police, in the early morning of December 25, two young men named Tai and Phat (both residing in Thong Nhat ward,Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai) had an argument with a group of employees of a drinking place in Thong Nhat ward, so they called 6 other people to resolve the conflict.

At this time, a group of employees of a drinking place after work invited each other to have dinner at a nearby sidewalk restaurant. While this group was sitting down to eat and drink, Tai and Phat's group suddenly appeared on a motorbike and attacked with knives and machetes, injuring many people. The group of young people at the drinking place also fought back fiercely, injuring Phat.

All 5 injured people were then taken to ITO Dong Nai Hospital for emergency treatment. Some victims were discharged after their wounds were bandaged.

The case is currently under further investigation by the police.
