At the conference, after listening to the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation quickly announce the content of the 8th session's agenda, voters expressed their agreement with the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, thanks to which voters' recommendations were reflected and promptly resolved.

Voters focused on reflecting on many issues in the area such as: the arrangement of redundant cadres after the merger of hamlets; the slow implementation of the Ring Road 3 project to develop Western Nghe An; "congestion" in the allocation of forestry land to people; land management; environmental pollution due to waste discharge from companies.

Voter Dinh Huu Toan reflected on the shortcomings in revenue and expenditure at the beginning of the school year in the area. According to the voter, education funding must receive consensus, however, this funding is becoming a massive "revenue", making many parents upset.

Voter Dau Thi Quy said that for people in mountainous areas, forest land is a place for production. However, many households have not been allocated forest land to both protect and increase income in line with sustainable poverty reduction policies. Voters suggested that solutions be soon proposed to help people in mountainous areas to make a living from forestry.
