Government Resolution on purchasing Abdala Covid-19 vaccine produced by Cuba
According to Resolution 109/NQ-CP, the Government agrees that the Prime Minister allows the application of the form of contractor selection in special cases prescribed in Article 26 of the Law on Bidding for the purchase of the Abdala Covid-19 vaccine produced by the Cuban Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, including receiving a sufficient quantity of 10 million doses of vaccine.
Government agrees to purchase 20 million doses of Vero Cell Covid-19 vaccine
In Resolution 110/NQ-CP, the Government agreed that the Prime Minister would allow the application of the form of contractor selection in special cases prescribed in Article 26 of the Law on Bidding for the purchase of 20 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine Vero Cell from Sinopharm Group, China.
Clearly stipulate "people with green app can move"

Strengthening conditions to ensure effective and quality implementation of the new school year plan
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam signed and issued Official Dispatch No.1190/CD-TTgdated September 20, 2021 of the Prime Minister on strengthening conditions to ensure effective and quality implementation of the new school year plan 2021-2022.
The dispatch requested the Ministry of Education and Training to review the education programs at all levels, identify the core contents of the program; guide localities to organize teaching and learning in accordance with the epidemic situation, develop good quality lectures to organize online teaching and learning, and teach via television when students cannot go to school due to social distancing or increased social distancing. Pay more attention to ensuring educational equity between urban and rural areas, between epidemic and non-epidemic areas.

Prime Minister approves civil servant payroll in 2022
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No.1575/QD-TTgApproving the payroll of civil servants receiving salaries from the state budget of state administrative agencies and the payroll of special-purpose Associations operating nationwide in 2022.
According to the Decision, the total civil servant payroll in 2022 of state administrative agencies and organizations, Vietnamese Representative Agencies abroad (excluding the payroll of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense and commune-level officials and civil servants), the payroll of special-purpose Associations operating nationwide and the reserve civil servant payroll is 256,685 payrolls.
