In just 1 day, Nghe An received nearly 1,000 people for centralized quarantine
(Baonghean.vn) - Today alone (April 1), Nghe An received 919 people for centralized quarantine at the provincial level.
According to a report from the Nghe An Department of Health, as of the evening of April 1, 7,119 people were being quarantined in the province to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, an increase of nearly 700 people compared to the previous day. Of these, 874 people were quarantined at home.
Most of the cases are being quarantined at home after returning from Bach Mai Hospital. For these cases, after checking, although there were nearly 1,000 people who had been examined and treated at Bach Mai Hospital during the epidemic, however, because many people had returned for more than 14 days, it was not necessary to continue quarantine. Therefore, there are currently only 721 people returning from Bach Mai who are quarantined at home.

Nghe An has now taken samples from 456 cases, of which 219 people have negative results, 237 people still have no results. It is expected that on April 2, Nghe An will have 8 teams to take samples from patients returning from Bach Mai.
