(Baonghean.vn) - Muong Long commune in the border district of Ky Son - which is considered the Sa Pa of Nghe An - is in the harvest season of Tam Hoa plums. The plum gardens here are full of fruit, attracting the attention of tourists and traders.

With its cool climate, Muong Long is suitable for crops such as plums, peaches, apricots... in which the plum growing area is the largest. Mr. Va Cha Xa - Chairman of Muong Long Commune People's Committee said that in the past, the locality had nearly 50 hectares of plums, but because there were times when plums could not be consumed, many households cut down plums to plant other trees.
