1.NHL patient, male, born 2002.Address: Hamlet 5, Dien Hai Commune, Dien Chau District. The patient returned to Dien Chau District from Ho Chi Minh City on October 8. On October 8, the patient was temporarily quarantined at the Dien Hai Commune Health Station and had a sample taken with a negative result. The patient was then allowed to quarantine at home. On the morning of October 12, the patient had symptoms of loss of taste so he went to the health station for examination, where the patient was tested rapidly with a positive result. After that, the patient had a PCR sample taken and sent to the CDC, on the afternoon of October 12, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

2.Patient NTL, male, born in 1975.Address: Hamlet 5, Dien Hai Commune, Dien Chau District. The patient returned to Dien Chau District from Ho Chi Minh City on October 8 with his nephew, the NHL patient. On October 8, the patient was temporarily quarantined at the Dien Hai Commune Health Station and had a sample taken with a negative result. After that, the patient was allowed to quarantine at home. On the morning of October 12, after the NHL patient had a positive rapid test result, the patient went to the health station for a rapid test with a positive result. After that, the patient had a PCR sample taken and sent to the CDC, on the afternoon of October 12, the result was confirmed positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

3. Patient TQT, male, born in 1987.Address: Son Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. On October 4, the patient returned to Nghe An from Binh Duong. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Trade Union Hotel (Cua Lo) and had samples taken 3 times, all with negative results. On October 11, the patient and his child, patient TQH, were quarantined at Field Hospital No. 3 and had samples sent to Nghe An General Hospital, which confirmed positive results for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

4. Patient NTA, male, born in 2021.Address: Village 8, Quynh Trang Commune, Hoang Mai Town. The patient is F1 and is the child of patient VTT announced earlier. On October 9, the patient and his parents returned from Binh Duong province to Hoang Mai town. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Quynh Trang Kindergarten. On October 11, the patient's sample was taken for testing and the result was suspicious. On October 12, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On the afternoon of October 12, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

5. Patient NCTA, female, born in 2011.Address: Block 1, Nghi Hoa Ward, Cua Lo Town. The patient is F1 of the previously announced HTPT patient. On September 30, the patient was quarantined at home and tested twice with negative results. On October 12, the patient was tested a third time and sent to the CDC. On the afternoon of October 12, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

6. Patient NTĐ.T, female, born in 1993.Address: Trung Thanh Block, Nghi Hai Ward, Cua Lo Town. The patient is F1 of the previously announced NTLC patient. On September 30, the patient was quarantined at Anh Duong Hotel and tested 3 times, all with negative results. On October 12, the patient's sample was sent to the CDC, and on the afternoon of October 12, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

7. NTTD patient, female, born in 1984.Address: Nghi Hoa Ward, Cua Lo Town. The patient is F1 of patient TUN who was previously announced. On October 2, the patient and his child, patient TUN, were quarantined at Field Hospital No. 3 and samples were taken on October 3 and October 6, both of which were negative. On September 29, the patient was quarantined and had samples taken twice on September 29 and October 3, both of which were negative.
