1.Patient NTP, female, born in 1976. Occupation: Worker. Address: Vinh Tho, Vinh Son commune, Anh Son. On July 27, the patient returned from Quarter 4, Tan Tao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh Son commune, Anh Son district. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh Son Commune Kindergarten, Anh Son and the first sample was taken with a negative result. On August 2, the patient was sampled a second time with a suspected positive result. On the evening of August 3, the patient was sampled a third time and sent to CDC, and on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2.Patient NCT, male, born in 1989. Occupation: Worker. Address: Vinh Tho Village, Vinh Son Commune, Anh Son. The patient is the son-in-law of patient NTP announced at the same time. On July 27, the patient returned from Quarter 4, Tan Tao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh Son Commune, Anh Son. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh Son Commune Kindergarten, Anh Son and the first test sample was negative. On August 2, the patient was sampled a second time and the result was suspected positive. On the evening of August 3, the patient was sampled a third time and sent to CDC, on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3.Patient PTK, female, born in 1998. Address: Vinh Tho village, Vinh Son commune, Anh Son. The patient is the child of patient NTP who was announced at the same time. On July 27, the patient returned from Ward 4, Tan Tao ward, Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh Son commune, Anh Son. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh Son commune kindergarten, Anh Son and the first sample was taken for testing with a negative result. On August 2, the patient was sampled for the second time with a suspected positive result. On the evening of August 3, the patient was sampled for the third time and sent to CDC, on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

4.Patient TNKL, female, born in 2018. Address: Vinh Tho village, Vinh Son commune, Anh Son. The patient is the child of patient PTK who was announced at the same time. On July 27, the patient returned from Ward 4, Tan Tao ward, Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh Son commune, Anh Son. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh Son commune kindergarten, Anh Son and the first sample was taken with a negative result. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Vinh Son commune kindergarten, Anh Son and the first sample was taken with a negative result. On August 2, the patient's second sample was taken with a suspected positive result. On the evening of August 3, the patient's third sample was taken and sent to CDC, and on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

6.Patient NVQ, male, born in 1993. Occupation: Worker in Ho Chi Minh City. Address: Village 2, Tao Son Commune, Anh Son. On July 31, the patient returned to Anh Son from District 8, Ho Chi Minh City and was quarantined at home. On August 1, the patient was tested for the first time, on August 2, the result was suspected positive. On the evening of August 3, the patient was tested for the second time and sent to CDC, on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

7.Patient PTM, female, born in 1992. Occupation: Worker. Address: Village 2, Tao Son Commune, Anh Son. On July 31, the patient and her husband, patient NVQ, were announced at the same time from District 8, Ho Chi Minh City, arriving in Anh Son. They were quarantined at home and had their first sample taken. On August 2, the result was suspected positive. On August 3, the patient had her second sample taken and sent to CDC. On the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

8.Patient N.TA, female, born in 2020. Address: Village 2, Tao Son Commune, Anh Son. The patient is the child of patient NVQ who was announced at the same time. On July 31, from District 8, Ho Chi Minh City, she returned to Anh Son and was quarantined at home. On August 1, the patient had her first sample taken for testing, on August 2, the result was suspected positive. On August 3, the patient had her second sample taken and sent to CDC, on August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

9.Patient LTHT, female, born in 2004, Address: Nhan Boi, Boi Son commune, Do Luong. On July 29, the patient returned from Thuan An, Binh Duong and was quarantined at Boi Son Kindergarten and had the first sample taken on July 30 with a negative result. On August 2, the patient had the second sample taken with a suspected positive result. On August 3, the patient had the third RT-PCR sample taken and sent to CDC, on August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

10.Patient NVH, male, born in 1956. Address: Hamlet 3, Hong Son Commune, Do Luong. The patient returned from Tan Uyen, Binh Duong on August 1, was quarantined at the primary school and had an RT-PCR sample taken, on August 2, the result was suspicious. On the afternoon of August 3, the third RT-PCR sample was taken and sent to CDC, on the morning of August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

11.Patient LVH, male, born in 2003. Address: Huu Van, Chau Kim Commune, Que Phong. On July 30, the patient returned from Dong Nai to Que Phong, Nghe An on the evening of August 1. On the evening of August 2, the patient went to Chau Kim Commune Health Station to make a medical declaration and was quarantined at Tien Phong Ethnic Boarding School, Que Phong. On August 3, the patient's sample was taken and sent to CDC, on August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

12.Patient XBC, male, born in 1997. Ethnicity: Mong. Address: Truong Son, Nam Can commune, Ky Son. On July 30, the patient returned from Binh Duong to Nghe An. On July 31, the patient arrived at the quarantine checkpoint in Hong Tien, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son. The patient was tested for Covid-19 with negative results. The patient was then quarantined at Nam Can Secondary School. On the afternoon of August 3, the patient had a fever of 38.5°C and a headache. A sample was taken for a Covid-19 rapid test with positive results. The patient was then sent a RT-PCR sample to the CDC. On August 4, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
