Government responds to local petitions

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 28, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, the Government continued its online conference with localities to implement the National Assembly's Resolution on socio-economic development tasks and state budget estimates for 2016.

Attending at Nghe An bridge point were comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of provincial departments and branches.

At the conference, localities reported on the results achieved in implementing the 2015 Socio-Economic Development Plan as well as the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time; at the same time, they proposed to the Government recommendations to effectively implement the main tasks and solutions to direct and implement the Socio-Economic Development Plan and the State Budget Estimate for 2016.

Minister of Education Pham Vu Luan responded to recommendations from local leaders on education programs and issues related to the national high school exam.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam requested that sectors do a good job of vocational training for rural workers; expand health insurance, issue prices for vaccine services, and food hygiene and safety.

After listening to the speeches of local delegates, leaders of central ministries and branches answered questions and recommendations from localities, focusing on a number of contents such as: ensuring safety, security and food hygiene during the Binh Than New Year, national defense and security, issues related to the national high school graduation exam...
