Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai signed Decision No. 1113/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister assigning the central budget investment plan of the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program (Program).
Specifically, the Prime Minister assigned VND 147,138 billion of the central budget investment plan of the Program to each ministry, central agency and locality according to the total level and structure of sectors and fields prescribed in Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly.
For projects with a total investment higher than the central budget capital allocated from the Program, localities must be responsible for arranging sufficient local budget capital in the 2021 - 2025 period for the project, avoiding overdue construction debt and delays due to lack of capital.
In case of adjusting the total investment of the project compared to the total investment allocated by the competent authority from the Program, ministries, central agencies and localities shall proactively arrange the remaining capital from the State budget and other legal capital sources under their management to complete the project in the period of 2022 - 2025.
