The content is stated in the Resolution of the regular Government meeting in April that has just been issued.
The Resolution clearly states that ministries, agencies and localities must thoroughly inform each unit, cadre and civil servant to resolutely overcome the situation of avoiding and pushing work, being hesitant, afraid of making mistakes, afraid of responsibility, not daring to advise and propose work handling, shortening the handling time and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of direction and administration.

The State Bank of Vietnam directs credit institutions, especially state-owned commercial banks, to continue making efforts to reduce deposit and lending interest rates in a reasonable, flexible, and effective balance with inflation.
Four state-owned commercial banks have launched a credit program of about VND120,000 billion in loans for investors and home buyers of social housing projects, worker housing projects, and projects to renovate and rebuild old apartment buildings.
