Select units to hold model congresses in the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

The Executive Committee identified key contents in the fourth quarter of 2024, focusing on directing grassroots Party committees to closely follow Directive 35 of the Politburo, Circular 09 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and specifically Plan No. 163-KH/DUK dated September 20, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030 to develop congress plans in affiliated Party cells and Party cell congresses, grassroots Party committees to ensure compliance with the requirements and contents set out.

Regarding the progress of organizing congresses, the congresses of Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committees must be completed in the first quarter of 2025, the grassroots level must be completed in the second quarter of 2025, and the Party Congresses of the Blocs must be completed before August 15, 2025.

Regarding the preparation work for the 21st Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies, term 2025 - 2030, the Executive Committee highly agreed on the membership structure and tasks of the sub-committees: Documents, Personnel, Propaganda and Service Organization. The Executive Committee agreed with the Standing Committee's opinion in selecting the Party Committees: Provincial Inspectorate, Provincial Youth Union, Department of Culture and Sports and the Party Cell of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to direct the model congress.

The conference also evaluated Party building, inspection and supervision work in the first 9 months of the year, and deployed tasks for the last 3 months of 2024.
