(Baonghean.vn) - Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung suggested that the interface of the National Public Service Portal, as well as the steps to implement the Portal's database, should have a simple, easy-to-understand, and friendly structure so that people and businesses can easily recognize and access it.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung affirmed that the implementation of the National Public Service Portal is very important, aiming towards a digital economy, serving people and businesses is the goal of e-Government. Accordingly, taking the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of success.

Acknowledging the positive actions of ministries and localities in actively building a system of public service facilities at the ministerial and provincial levels, improving the quality of service for people and businesses, however, Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung pointed out that, from such small-scale work, no ministry or locality can provide comprehensive public services, thereby indirectly causing difficulties for businesses and people when accessing and implementing administrative procedures and public services.

Therefore, Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung emphasized that the Prime Minister is determined to deploy National Public Services, on the basis of the national document interconnection axis for exchange and sharing. Instead of people and businesses having to go and come, being limited by time and administrative boundaries, they can now do it everywhere, looking up the status of documents nationwide.

“The remaining time is not long, only 1 month to complete. The Government Office has deployed documents to ministries and localities, but so far the progress is very slow” - Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said, and suggested that at the conference, ministries and localities actively discuss and reach consensus to remove difficulties and obstacles, and solve each group of problems.

At the conference, delegates clarified 8 groups of issues: common interface of the Public Service Portal from the Central to the commune and ward levels; building an authentication database; administrative procedure database, cutting unnecessary procedures, minimizing implementation time; connecting the Public Service Portals of ministries and localities with the National Public Service Portal; the readiness to connect public services of ministries and localities; integrating and sharing public services on the National Public Service Portal.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung acknowledged the opinions of ministries and localities, creating unity in implementation, and emphasized that completing the National Public Service Portal is an urgent responsibility and an opportunity to meet people's wishes.

Regarding the group of institutional issues, Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung requested relevant ministries to promptly complete the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister and soon submit them to the Government.

Comrade Mai Tien Dung requested to accelerate the construction of the e-Government architecture framework version 2.0, deploy interconnection solutions between authentication systems...

Regarding the interface of the National Public Service Portal, the Head of the Government Office suggested that the interface have a simple, neat, easy-to-understand structure and friendly colors so that people and businesses can easily recognize and access it.
