Adult shop owner in Nghe An fined

On the afternoon of August 20, Market Management Team No. 11 - Nghe An Market Management Department coordinated with the Economic Security Department of Nghe An Provincial Police to inspect the "adult" Shop business establishment in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, owned by Mr. VPN, the owner of the BCS Facebook social network account, who is also the shop owner.

During the inspection, the Delegation discovered that the business was selling condoms and male enhancement sprays of unknown origin, without invoices, vouchers, or related documents to prove the legal origin of the goods.

Working with the Inspection Team, Mr. VPN admitted that he bought all the above goods floating on the market and posted them for sale on the store's Facebook page to make a profit and did not have invoices, vouchers, or related papers proving the legal origin of the goods.

Market Management Team No. 11 has handled Mr. VPN's administrative violation of trading in goods of unknown origin according to regulations with a total fine of nearly 20 million VND.

Previously, on August 18, the authorities identified Ms. HTL, the owner of the NH Facebook social network account, as well as the owner of a household goods business in Nghi Xuan commune, Nghi Loc district.

At the time of inspection, the business was selling 600 toothbrushes made in China. Ms. HTL admitted that she had bought all of the above goods on the market and posted them on her personal Facebook account to make a profit, and had no invoices, vouchers, or related papers to prove the legal origin of the goods. Market Management Team No. 11 temporarily detained all of the above goods to verify and handle administrative violations according to regulations with a total fine of nearly 30 million VND.
