(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 21, comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung - Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and comrade Vuong Dinh Hue - Politburo member, Head of the Central Economic Commission came to offer flowers, incense and plant a memorial tree at the Soviet Nghe Tinh 12/9 relic site (Hung Nguyen).
Accompanying the delegation to Nghe An province were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors and leaders of Hung Nguyen and Nam Dan districts.

The Nghe Tinh Soviet relic site is the place that marks the sacrifice of 217 martyrs in the demonstration on September 12, 1930 against the brutal suppression of the French colonialists. This place has become a sacred symbol of patriotism, revolutionary spirit and self-sacrifice for the great cause of the people of Nghe An, a red address in the hearts of today's generations.

Next, the delegation visited Lang Sen Temple (Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan). This temple was built by the people in 1882 and was conferred many titles during the feudal era.
On December 9, 1961, during his second visit to his hometown, President Ho Chi Minh visited the temple, met and talked with key officials and people of Nam Dan district.
