Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulates the Party Committee of the Business Bloc on the occasion of its founding anniversary

On the afternoon of October 2, on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Enterprises (October 3, 1996 - October 3, 2019) and the 74th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 1945 - October 13, 2019), Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation of the province congratulated the leaders, cadres and experts of the Party Committee of the Bloc. The Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee currently has 135 grassroots party organizations with nearly 6,000 party members. In the first 9 months of the year, the Bloc Party Committee admitted 157 party members in enterprises, including 52 party members in enterprises under Project 5151 (on developing party members and party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in the period 2014 - 2020).

The affiliated enterprises are creating jobs for over 25,000 workers and contributing 17-20% of the province's annual budget revenue. In the first 9 months of this year, they have contributed nearly 150 billion VND to social security work.

On behalf of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc on the occasion of its founding anniversary.

Over the past 23 years, the Party Committee of the Bloc has promoted its role, listened, and acted as a bridge between businesses and the Party Committee and government to propose and recommend many solutions to the province, contributing to removing difficulties for businesses, helping businesses develop, contributing to the overall development of the province; solving employment, improving the lives of workers.

In addition, businesses in the Party Committee have helped 21 poor communes in Western Nghe An and participated in social security activities effectively and responsibly.

Promoting the achieved results and overcoming difficulties, in the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee will continue to demonstrate its role well, perform its functions and tasks well, and innovate in its direction to help businesses improve production and business efficiency.

Comrade Thai Khac Thu - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee thanked the province for its leadership and direction, and reported on a number of outstanding activities of the Party Committee and Party Chapter.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc will ask for the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to organize meetings with typical enterprises to exchange and listen to their opinions, including the participation of businessmen in giving advice for the development of the province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy supported this proposal of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and suggested organizing it practically and effectively.
