Talking to officials of Nam Nghia commune and Nam Dan district, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong assessed that Nam Nghia has many unfavorable factors in building new rural areas, but the locality has taken appropriate measures, implemented democratic regulations well, and made them transparent. In particular, the commune leaders have promoted their role as leaders, so they have reached the finish line in building new rural areas in 2015.

"In any commune where the Secretary and Chairman are both capable, united, create consensus, and know how to mobilize the strength of the political system, that place will develop, the people will trust, and enthusiastically donate land and contribute funds to build new rural areas," the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee further affirmed.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong visited the farm model of farmers in Nam Nghia commune.

Currently, Nam Nghia has also built over 60 farm and family farm models, although the scale is not large, but it has improved the people's lives. The Provincial Chairman emphasized: "These models have a chain effect, this hamlet looks at that hamlet, this family learns from that family, thereby creating an economic development movement in each household. This is very important in promoting the advantages of the locality".

And building and replicating economic models to improve people's lives is also a requirement that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee set for Nam Dan in the process of building new rural areas.

Currently, the project is implementing the construction of infrastructure for flood-prone and inundated areas in the 5 Nam communes of Nam Dan district to limit damage; organize quick response and handle incidents when floods occur in the area, contributing to stabilizing production and reducing poverty for the people.

Also this morning, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also heard a report on the construction progress of the Yen Xuan bridge project.
