(Baonghean.vn) - After the second Covid-19 infection case appeared in Vinh City, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung decided to lock down according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister for the three blocks of Van Tien, Xuan Nam, Xuan Bac; apply social distancing according to Directive 15 for the entire Hung Dung Ward (Vinh City).
At 11:00 p.m. on June 15, after the second Covid-19 infection case appeared in Vinh City, the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control held an urgent meeting at the Vinh City Party Committee headquarters. Unknown source of infection
Director of the Department of Health Duong Dinh Chinh said that the second Covid-19 patient in Vinh City was born in 1989, an employee of a bank in Vinh City. The patient is a permanent resident of Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City. From a professional perspective, it can be assessed that this case may have started on June 5, and started showing clinical symptoms on June 8.
According to the Director of the Department of Health, the source of this patient's F0 is unknown, and to find F0, we must trace back 15 days. According to the patient's initial statement, it is not related to previous cases.

The Director of the Department of Health said that, in the immediate future, it is necessary to quickly investigate and trace the F1s of this case for centralized isolation, and conduct sample collection on the night of June 15. In addition, it is necessary to exploit the F2 subjects, collect samples and disinfect alley 95 (with 15 households and 48 people), Hung Dung ward (Vinh city).
