Careful preparation on all sides

At the meeting, the Organizing Committee heard the progress of the tasks of the sub-committees: Content, Reception - Logistics, Information - Propaganda; Security - Health.
Many delegates emphasized the need to do a good job of information and propaganda work before, during and after the Conference.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Thi Thu Huong suggested that documents provided to the press should have more detailed content; in addition, attention should be paid to aesthetics, creating a clean, airy environment, especially in localities related to the conference program.

Leaving a good image of Nghe An with delegates and investors
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy emphasized the contents that need to be continued to be implemented by the subcommittees. Regarding the Content Subcommittee, it is necessary to complete the Press Release, ensuring full information, the Conference program and side events.
In particular, the Press Release must highlight the results of investment attraction and effective implementation in practice with a high rate in the last 5 years, especially in 2018, as well as clearly state the mechanisms, policies and determination to attract investment and strategic investors of the province. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy requested the Content Subcommittee to urge, review, update and finalize all projects to grant investment approval decisions/registration certificates and sign investment agreements at the Conference. On that basis, advise the province to urge relevant departments, branches and sectors to promptly resolve problems.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant sectors to closely coordinate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to carefully prepare the Workshop: "Building Nam Dan district, Nghe An province to become a model new rural district in the direction of cultural development associated with tourism, period 2018 - 2025", organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committee of Nghe An province in Nam Dan.
