The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to ensure social order and safety, and prevent natural disasters during the September 2 holiday.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 7634/VPCP-TH dated August 26, 2019 of the Government Office on organizing on-duty and reporting the situation during the National Day holiday on September 2, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy requested:

1. Departments, branches, and localities assign civil servants, public employees, and workers to be on duty during the holidays (from August 31, 2019 to September 2, 2019), regularly monitor the situation, and handle work, especially important, urgent, and arising work.

2. Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Information and Communications, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Traffic Safety Committee: Based on the functions and tasks of the unit, report on the political security situation, social order and safety; work to ensure traffic order and safety; work to prevent and fight fires and explosions, prevent natural disasters; propaganda activities during the holidays.

People's Committees of districts, cities and towns shall promptly report other outstanding and complicated issues (if any) arising during the holidays.

3. Requesting Directors of Departments; Heads of sectors and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to direct the implementation of the above contents and report within the prescribed time.
