* To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the 80th anniversary of National Day, on the morning of August 31st,General Secretary To Lam offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.at the historical site of house number 48, Hang Ngang Street (Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi).
