The forum "Listening to the Voice of the Front Working Committee" was organized in the form of a discussion, exchanging and sharing experiences as well as difficulties in front work in residential areas.

At the forum, the Head of the Front Committee of the blocks and hamlets shared many experiences in propaganda work, mobilizing people to carry out local political tasks and emulation movements, especially the movement of the whole people uniting to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; for the poor.

To propagate and mobilize well, the central role of the Front Committee Chief connecting with the sectors and unions at the commune level; the youth unions and associations in the hamlet blocks and hamlets, and the heads of inter-family groups and the people to implement is very important.

In particular, for opposing or disagreeing opinions, the Head of the Front Committee himself must go to each family, even each member in each household to propagate and persuade, and the core thing is that the Head of the Front Committee must have prestige, build trust among the people, know how to listen, know how to worry about solving the people's difficulties and problems.

It is also experience in resolving conflicts, disputes and conflicts through mediation activities in residential areas.

Some opinions also shared experiences in collecting information and grasping the situation among the people to promptly advise the Party Committee to resolve or report to superiors.

It is suggested that in order to fully and promptly grasp the situation among the people, each residential area should have a mailbox to receive information placed at the cultural house and every week, the Head of the Front's working committee will open and summarize people's opinions to send to all levels.

In addition to experience, many opinions also reflect some difficulties related to gathering mass organizations and organizing emulation movements in some specific areas; promoting the role as well as the mechanism for the Front Working Committee to promote its role after merging blocks and hamlets to build a comprehensively strong residential area.

Some opinions also raised difficulties and made recommendations to attract more people to participate in public meetings or voter contacts.

Concerns about operational innovation

Speaking at the forum, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh shared the difficulties and hardships in the activities of the Front Working Committee in general and the Head of the Front Working Committee in particular, including the policies for this team.

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also affirmed the role of national solidarity and the strength of the people; cadres doing front work are the people closest to the people.

In particular, the team of Front Work Committee leaders regularly contacts the people, contacts the people's grievances and conflicts, so this team is required to learn from the people, listen to the people, speak so that the people understand, be calm, know how to control emotions to resolve or recommend to competent authorities to resolve, and maintain the great national unity bloc.

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also said that the role of the grassroots Front is very important, directly mobilizing the people; listening to and gathering people's opinions to reflect to competent authorities; mobilizing people to monitor and criticize through the People's Inspection Committee and the Community Supervision Committee.

Therefore, cadres working for the Fatherland Front at all levels need to fully understand their role to continue to consider and innovate their working methods, improve their position, and contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
