Huoi Vieng village, Dooc May commune, adjacent to Pa Pet village, Huoi Lom cluster, Noong Het district (Laos). Huoi Vieng has 84 households, 409 people, 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people. With the attention and investment of the Party and the State, the people of Huoi Vieng village have united to help each other develop their family economy. The village has nearly 19 hectares of elephant grass, raising more than 420 buffaloes and cows, 1,260 pigs and hundreds of poultry.
