Final round of the contest "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and propaganda on "Promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's Soldiers" resolutely fighting individualism in the new situation

Attending the contest, on the side of Military Region 4 were: Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region; Colonel Nguyen Phi Hoa - Head of the Military Region's Mass Mobilization Department.

On the side of Nghe An Provincial Military Command, there were comrades: Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Pham Dinh Trung - Member of the Military Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Competition Steering Committee; members of the Organizing Committee, Jury; heads of departments, offices, and agencies of the Provincial Military Command; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and the teams participating in the competition.

The contest aims to widely propagate the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws into life; is a useful playground for contestants and a meaningful cultural and spiritual activity for audiences inside and outside the army. Has profound propaganda and educational value; truly reflects the practical life of soldiers associated with the reality in the province and mass mobilization activities, propaganda work on "Promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers" resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation of all types of agencies and units in the armed forces of Nghe An province.

Excellently surpassing 18 teams in 3 basic competition clusters, participating in the final round of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest and propaganda on "Promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers" resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation in 2023, including 4 teams from the Military Command of the districts: Thanh Chuong, Quynh Luu, Hung Nguyen and Quy Hop. The teams competed together in 3 rounds: Greeting; knowledge contest, situation handling and skit contest.

In the knowledge and situation handling competition, the teams demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws on mass mobilization work; the functions, roles and responsibilities of agencies, units and each officer and soldier in conducting mass mobilization work in the stationed area. Applying knowledge and practical experience to solve problems arising in life such as: Law on Military Service for the people; mobilizing people to donate land to build roads for new rural areas; resolving conflicts in people's lives...

Through the form of dramatization, the talent contest has artistic and attractive features with skits reflecting the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", good ways of propagating and mobilizing people and workers to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; helping people develop the economy, eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, eliminate backward customs; recruit workers, resolve regimes and policies in agencies and units...

At the closing ceremony of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the Emulation Flag and the First Prize to the Military Command Team of Hung Nguyen District; Second Prize to the Military Command Team of Thanh Chuong District; Third Prize to 2 Teams from the Military Commands of Quynh Luu and Quy Hop Districts.
