Warm winter program in Nam Can
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 27, Hung Nguyen District Youth Union coordinated with Nam Can Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard to organize a program to give 'warm winter' gifts to students in Nam Can border commune.

The delegation presented 400 gifts to primary and secondary school students of Nam Can commune, each gift was a warm coat and notebook worth 80 million VND. They also presented 320 gifts to poor households, each worth 130,000 VND.
