Warm winter program in Nam Can
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 27, Hung Nguyen District Youth Union coordinated with Nam Can Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard to organize a program to give 'warm winter' gifts to students in Nam Can border commune.

The delegation presented 400 gifts to primary and secondary school students in Nam Can commune, each gift consisted of warm clothes and notebooks worth 80 million VND. They also presented 320 gifts to poor households, each worth 130,000 VND.

The delegation also organized medical examinations and treatment for 500 people, and provided free medicine worth 16 million VND to people in Nam Can commune.
