After serving his prison sentence, returning to his hometown, he was determined to reform and rebuild his life when he was honored to stand in the Party ranks with the title of hamlet chief and commune People's Council delegate.

That strong-willed man is Phan Duy Sinh (born in 1982), residing in Tan Thai hamlet, Tan Phu commune, Tan Ky district. Born into a family of 4 siblings, 10 years ago, after graduating from high school, Sinh passed the entrance exam to the Finance - Accounting College and graduated in 2004. While waiting for the Farm leaders to arrange a job to help his family, Sinh followed long-distance bus routes, asking to be a bus boy and on those fateful trips, he fell into a deep depression.

Talking about his past mistakes, Phan Duy Sinh said: After a period of working as a bus boy, due to the recklessness of youth, plus bad friends' enticement, I fell into drugs, leading to illegal drug trafficking. On April 16, 2006, when the leader of Song Con State Farm signed the decision to accept him to work, he was also arrested for drug trafficking and transportation. The case was then prosecuted, Phan Duy Sinh was sentenced to 48 months in prison, serving his sentence at Prison No. 3 (Ministry of Public Security).

During this time, according to Phan Duy Sinh, he himself recognized his mistakes and was determined to reform himself to soon return to his family and society. Thanks to the love and encouragement of his parents, relatives and friends, and the attention, education and education of the prison officers, Sinh always tried to reform himself, hoping for the day he could reunite with his family. And then that wish came true, on April 30, 2009, Sinh had his sentence reduced and was released early.

Determined to rebuild his life on the land he had fallen, Mr. Sinh took on a contract to grow rubber and sugarcane. While growing trees, he also invested in raising livestock and poultry. Initially, he only raised a small number of animals for testing. After success, he boldly invested in hundreds of breeding animals, selling dozens of tons of livestock and poultry each time, earning hundreds of millions in net profit. In 2011, after more than a year of saving, he was able to build a spacious house worth 400 million VND.

After a period of active work, he was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Tan Thai hamlet Youth Union. During his union activities, Phan Duy Sinh always propagated and mobilized the masses to participate in building cultural life in residential areas, strictly implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws, so he was recognized by the government and the people. In 2014, he won the second prize in the Sen village singing contest; Under his direction, the hamlet youth football team won the third prize, and the youth football team won the district championship. On November 27, 2014, Mr. Sinh was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In May 2015, Mr. Sinh continued to be trusted and elected to hold the position of hamlet chief of Tan Thai hamlet. In his new position, he personally coordinated well with departments, branches, and organizations, mobilizing people to successfully build two typical advanced models in the mass movement to protect national security, which are the "Peaceful gong" model and "Electricity to light up inter-family roads to ensure national security and order" launched by the Tan Phu Commune Police Department. On May 25, 2016, Mr. Sinh was trusted by the people and elected as a delegate of the Tan Phu Commune People's Council, term V, 2016 - 2021, with over 97% of the votes./.
