Hanoi Police Club announced the successful recruitment of Phan Van Duc

On the evening of November 28, on the fanpage of Hanoi Police, it was announced that Hanoi Police Club had successfully recruited midfielder Phan Van Duc.

The news release also quoted Van Duc's statement about joining the new team:

“I came here with the goal of achieving a high ranking. I joined Hanoi Police Club to win and will conquer that with my teammates. I hope V-League 2023 will have many advantages and we will bring explosive moments to the fans.”

Phan Van Duc played quite successfully in the 2022 V-League season for SLNA when he played in almost all of the team's matches and scored many beautiful goals; Phan Van Duc is also a player highly appreciated by the coach when he continuously appeared in the national team.

Hanoi Police also announced that they have successfully recruited players: Xuan Nam (Binh Dinh Club), Ngoc Duc and Tien Dung (Ho Chi Minh City Club). These are quality players, important additions to the Police team on the day of returning to the highest tournament in Vietnam.
