At the meeting, delegate Le Quang Huy summarized the results of the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly. Accordingly, the National Assembly passed many important and breakthrough mechanisms and policies. These include the 2018 socio-economic growth target, budget allocation, public debt management, national master plan, special mechanisms for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, construction of the North-South expressway, construction of Long Thanh airport...

Delegate Le Quang Huy also announced that the petitions of voters of Ky Son district to the National Assembly delegation have been forwarded to relevant authorities and sectors for consideration and handling, and a written response has been sent to the district.

After listening to the report of the provincial National Assembly representative, voters of Ta Ca commune expressed their trust in the innovations of the National Assembly and the Government, and were excited about the activities of the Nghe An National Assembly delegation at the session; and at the same time, proposed many issues of concern.

Voter Vi Van Thanh (Canh village) reported that in the area of ​​the village along the Nam Mo river, there are currently 3 hydroelectric projects being built, causing consequences: the production land area has been narrowed because people have donated land for hydroelectric projects, and the residential roads have been degraded.

Voter Vi Thi Van said that when the hydroelectric plant released water, it caused the collapse of local people's fields and even flooded their houses. Voter Vi Thi Van has submitted a petition to the project management board for support and assistance, but has yet to receive a response.

Also related to hydropower projects in the area, voter Lo Van Thuong (Na Nhu village) expressed concern that the Nam Mo 1 hydropower plant has been surveyed for construction, but so far it has not started construction on schedule. Therefore, people are "living in anxiety, not knowing whether the hydropower plant will start construction or not"; because if the hydropower plant is built, it will affect the people's cultivated land.

Therefore, Ta Ca voters really hope that National Assembly deputies and departments will pay attention, review and support people in the area with hydroelectric plants so that people can live in peace, have land for production, improve their lives, and reduce poverty.

Voter Lo Thanh Vinh (Cau Tam village) proposed to reduce the age of receiving social protection in mountainous and remote areas to 75 years old. This voter also proposed to increase payments for forest environmental services, both to help people protect forests, prevent deforestation, and create conditions to improve living standards.

Voters in Binh Son 1 village reported that the project owner and construction unit of Road 7B through the village built a drainage ditch on the negative slope of the road, a 200m long section. Because the road surface is new and higher than the houses of households in the area, during the rainy season, water flows into people's houses, seriously affecting people's lives.

In addition, making recommendations to the National Assembly delegates, the people of Ta Ca commune wish to be supported in building and repairing the traffic system, especially the bridges for people; the power grid system and the domestic water system; attention to supporting plant varieties; issuing health insurance cards in accordance with regulations; forest protection and prevention of illegal logging; overcoming the consequences after storm No.

At the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Mr. Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police thanked voters for their sincere contributions, and directly explained issues of concern to voters.

Sharing people's concerns about the consequences of hydropower projects, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau affirmed that he will consult with provincial leaders to consider and have policies and recommendations for hydropower plants in the area.

The delegate emphasized: “We will resolutely pursue this issue to the end. Because when the projects come into operation, the beneficiaries of the investment must be the people in our commune.”

Regarding payment for forest environmental services, in the National Assembly, the delegate of Nghe An province proposed that the National Assembly and the Government will soon issue a new policy. Therefore, the delegate also suggested that people stay close to the forest, and join hands with all levels and sectors to protect forest resources.

Acknowledging the voters' valid recommendations on support for damage after storm No. 10, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau requested the Commune People's Committee to review and compile a complete list of people affected by the recent storm and flood, from which to propose to the Provincial People's Committee from the central budget to help people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
