Teacher was tied up by two robbers and had a knife held to her neck
Knowing that the female teacher was home alone, the two robbers tied her hands and feet, robbed her of her money, gold and all her jewelry.
Early morning of May 21, the private residence of 43-year-old teacher Mai Hong Hiepin Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province was broken into by two strangers.In the bedroom, the robbers held a knife to the homeowner's neck, used shirts and scarves to tie his hands and feet, and threatened him.Tell me where the treasure is hidden or I will kill you.

Ms. Hiep told the police that due to the gang’s aggressiveness, she had to immediately hand over more than 60 million VND and 1.7 taels of gold. Before leaving, all of her jewelry and phone were snatched.
From the female teacher's description, the police identified the suspects as Nguyen Tien Dung (18 years old) and Vu Quang Son (23 years old, both from Kim Bang district).
On May 22, police arrested Dung and Son in Ha Nam and Hanoi respectively.
At the police station, the two suspects confessed that they were short of money for entertainment and had a lot of debt so they decided to rob. They chose Ms. Hiep's family because the female teacher was home alone, her husband and children were away.
Son had two previous convictions for robbery and had just completed his prison term.
