Son kills father for not giving him money to buy a car

Previously, at about 11:40 a.m. on May 16, at house number 46, Hai Thuong Lan Ong street, Dong Ve ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province, a serious murder case occurred.

The victim was Mr. Vu Hoang An (born in 1954, residing at the above house number), and the suspect was Mr. An's son, named Vu Hoang Hop (born in 1983).

According to initial information, at that time, there was a conflict between Mr. An and Hop. During the struggle, Hop used a knife to stab Mr. An many times. Not stopping there, this rebellious son also used a hammer to hit Mr. An many times in the head, causing him to collapse and die on the spot.

After beating his biological father to death, Vu Hoang Hop quickly left the scene, but was later arrested by Dong Ve Ward Police, Thanh Hoa City Police.

Vu Hoang Hop said the reason he beat his father to death was because he couldn't get money to buy a car.

At the police station, Hop initially confessed that he had had a conflict with his biological father before because he had repeatedly asked for money to buy a car to work as a taxi driver, but Mr. An refused to give it to him. He believed that Mr. An did not love him, so there were frequent conflicts and arguments between the two of them.

At noon on May 16, while Mr. An was cooking rice, a conflict and argument broke out between father and son, so Vu Hoang Hop used a knife and hammer to kill his father.
