(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2017) and to celebrate the Party and the Year of the Rooster 2017, on the morning of January 18, Nghe An Provincial Police offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Relic Site and the Tran Quoc Hoan Memorial House in Nam Trung Commune, Nam Dan.

At the Uncle Ho Memorial House in Kim Lien Relic Site, with sincere hearts and infinite gratitude, the delegation respectfully offered President Ho Chi Minh a bouquet of fresh flowers and fragrant incense sticks to commemorate the immense merits of President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of national liberation, outstanding cultural celebrity, founder and trainer of our Party and beloved father of the armed forces, vowing to strictly implement the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security; continue to tighten discipline, order and regulations; build a cultural lifestyle to serve the people, at the same time direct the implementation of Party building, force building, logistics, crime prevention and control work to ensure political security and social order and safety, effectively serving the cause of socio-economic development of Nghe An province.

On the same day, the delegation also offered incense and flowers to commemorate comrade Tran Quoc Hoan - former member of the Politburo, former Minister of Public Security in Nam Trung commune, Nam Dan district.
