Công an Nghệ An hỗ trợ Công an Xiêng Khoảng (Lào) xây dựng trụ sở trị giá 3,5 tỷ đồng

On the morning of March 16, a delegation led by Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Department attended the handover ceremony of the construction project in the campus of Xieng Khouang Provincial Police Headquarters (Laos).

Attending the ceremony on Xieng Khouang province's side were Comrade Bun Ton Chan Tha Phon - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Governor; Colonel Bun Lot Kham Pheng Phan, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, and officers and soldiers of Xieng Khouang Provincial Police.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, said: This project demonstrates the sincere and loyal affection of Nghe An province in general and Nghe An Provincial Police in particular for Xieng Khouang Provincial Police. The funding source is contributed and supported by officers and soldiers of Nghe An Provincial Police.

The yard, main gate and front wall of Xieng Khouang Provincial Police Headquarters were completed after 3 months of construction.

Speaking at the reception of the project, Colonel Bun Lot Kham Pheng Phan - Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Xieng Khouang Provincial Police, was moved to say: This is a model project demonstrating the solidarity and mutual support of Nghe An Provincial Police for Xieng Khouang Provincial Police. Not only material support, but in the past time, Xieng Khouang Provincial Police has always received attention and support in many aspects from Nghe An Provincial Police, especially in terms of professional training, technical equipment, and coordination in exchanging information related to the security and order situation of the two provinces.

Colonel Bun Lot Kham Pheng Phan expressed his deep gratitude to the Party and State of Vietnam, especially the Nghe An Provincial Police, for their practical activities that have contributed to further fostering the friendship and cooperation between Laos and Vietnam in general and between the Police of Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces in particular, to blossom, bear fruit and become more profound.

Also at the ceremony, Comrade Bun Ton Chan Tha Phon - Provincial Party Secretary, Governor of Xieng Khouang Province awarded the Third Class Labor Medal of the Lao PDR to Nghe An Provincial Police; awarded Certificates of Merit to comrades in the Board of Directors and individuals of Nghe An Provincial Police.
